Yesterday I had my smelly couch and carpet cleaned by Perez Inc. because of the pandemic my puppy spent most of the time sleeping on it lol. When I called Silvia she was super friendly she coordinated with my busy schedule and ran through the process with me over the phone. Once their crew arrived they had masks on and booties, I was very impressed with how professional and courteous Edgar and Yurandi treated me. They provided a fair quote for my cleaning and did not hastle me into other services. I was even more surprised once I saw the results, No more smelly carpet! It looks brand new! If you want friendly, fair and professional service dont hesitate to call them.

Perez company arrived on time at my property. what I liked about this company once they arrived they were polite and friendly, they are very professional, my carpets was dirty and now smell super clean and no stains, since I have 4 dogs they were able to eliminate the bad odor and the stains. I wrote this review before I had read all of the negative reviews. It appears that the negatives are pretty consistent. Buyer beware.I called this place because I needed to have my air conditioner replaced. My wife and I just had our first baby and we were facing a heat wave. I had heard the commercials for years on Kave, so they were my first call. Not only did they state that they would charge far more than the competitors, they encouraged me to go with Perez, Inc.- Professional Cleaning Services. All they could say was, "They are a great company!

I got quotes from six different companies about cleaning a 3,000 square foot church sanctuary. Perez Inc was the best price. The lower price did not mean worse service, however. The technicians were on time, extremely professional, and did a fantastic job. We had a lot of spots, coffee stains, and general signs of wear. They got our carpet looking brand new! Very happy with the service we received and will definitely be using them again.

There is nothing like coming home and finding a waterfall inside your living room. Our bath tub upstairs overflow (don't ask how?) and Perez Restoration has brought our family back to normal. First, they were quick, took charge, went to work and not only clean & dry but inspect and recommend! He assured us that we will be OK! After seeing my neighbor went through mold issue inside the dry wall...I was terrified. But, Perez has the latest and greatest equipment and made sure that it will never happen to us. They were so careful, professional and reasonable. They explained what they were doing and why. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
